Local Bites: Mexican Burrito recipe from an ALA guide
Method:
  1. Cook beans and chili on the camp stove (or your home stove!) to heat, add sour cream, salt, pepper, and cheese to the beans. Add lime juice.
  2. Place all condiments in little bowls.
  3. Heat tortillas in a pan one by one and distribute.
  4. Each person should fill tortilla with their choice of chili, beans, or both.
  5. Have fun adding any desired condiments to your burrito!
  6. Serve with the chips and salsa.
