- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Beat with a fork or wire whip.
- Spray pan with non-stick spray.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
- Serve with red or green chiles, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and serve hot!
