2. Entry: You may enter this Sweepstakes during the period commencing at 10:00 A.M. (MST), November 5, 2009, and ending at 12:00 P.M. (noon MST), November 20, 2009 or purposes of these Official Rules, all times and days are Mountain Standard Time.

2. Winner: One winner will be selected at random from compiled list of all entry submissions. Potential winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail on or about the week of November 23, 2009. Disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: [1] potential winner's failure to respond to notification within ten (10) days after its mailing; [2] the return of any notice as undeliverable; [3] potential winner's failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the Address associated with a winning Online Entry; and [4] any other non-compliance with Rules.
