Request for Trip Reservation


Thinking about an adventure vacation this year? Curious which trips and dates are still available? Trips fill on a first-come, first-served basis so completing this form is a great way to request availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Once you submit your information, one of our adventure consultants will call you to discuss space availability, explain our cancellation and refund policy and collect your deposit or payment in full to confirm your reservation. Deposit amounts are $500 per person per trip. A reservation made within 90 days of trip departure requires full payment at the time space availability is confirmed. Trip prices are guaranteed through the calendar year. We accept MasterCard, Visa and personal checks (U.S. funds).

Use this form to make reservations for 1-4 travelers joining the same departure. Submit separate forms for travelers on different departures.

Please note: Your completed request does not guarantee a spot on the trip but it does place you in the queue for that trip. You must speak with one of our adventure consultants to confirm your reservation.
