South Africa – Safari & Multisport Adventure

From the Field: South Africa Adventure Vacation

Breathe the freshest air in the world - straight from the Antarctic as you hike out to Cape Point. The most southwesterly point of Africa, it’s where the cold Beguela current on the West coast and the warm Agulhus current on the East coast merge

South Africa Safari & Multisport Adventure

South Africa – Safari & Multisport Adventure

South Africa calls itself ‘A World in One County’ and it’s true
This exciting adventure starts in the thriving metropolis of Cape Town and ends in the greater Kruger National Park, where open vehicles and bush walks get you up-close with Africa's abundant wildlife, including giraffe, zebra, lion, wildebeest, hippo and rhino.

By day, soak up the friendship and expertise of our homegrown guides who proudly share with us the wealth of natural beauty, culture and heritage that South Africa has to offer. Ride a tram up Table Mountain for spectacular 3,400-foot views of Cape Town. Visit Nelson Mandela’s prison cell on Robben Island. Walk the streets of a thriving local township and pedal from Stellenbosch into Africa’s rolling wine country, stopping for tastings along the way.

Kayak with African penguins, float an arm’s length from a 50-ton Southern Right Whale and ride horseback through coastal forests of fynbos, Africa’s unique vegetation. By night, savor South Africa's fine regional cuisine and award-winning local wines before calling it a night in the comfort of an exquisite guesthouse or nature based lodge.

  2. A taste of history: journey to Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was incarcerated from 1964 to 1982.
